Welcome to Northwest San Antonio.

 

My family and I have lived here for over 20 years. It is a great place to call home. It is my pleasure to introduce you to University Baptist Church.

 

UBC is a community church whose one aim is to follow Jesus Christ in attitude and action. We have devoted ourselves to fulfilling God’s purpose while reflecting God’s love. Our passion is to create an environment where people can experience a life changing encounter with God. We do this in three ways:

 

•  First, we engage in authentic worship of God that connects people with diverse backgrounds to biblical truth related to everyday life.
 

•  Second, we gather in small groups where powerful biblical teaching intersects the challenge of daily living combined with Christ-like caring.
 

•  Third, we provide opportunities to establish honest, enduring friendships centered on fulfilling God’s purpose for our lives.

 

So, whether you are just beginning to ask questions about God or are a committed follower of Christ looking for a place to establish new spiritual roots in this area, there is a place for you at University Baptist Church.

 

We are located midway between UTSA and the Health Science Center, on Babcock Road, ½ mile north of the Prue Road intersection. Check out our online resources starting here or, better yet, join us this Sunday for one of our worship services at 8:30 a.m. or 11 a.m. and a small group Bible study at 9:45 a.m.
